Про змiни (доповнення та вилучення) у ранiше
розповсюдженому списку осiб та органiзацiй,
причетних до дiяльностi руху "Талiбан" та
терористичної органiзацiї "Ель-Кайда"
Нацiональний банк України доводить до вiдома комерцiйних банкiв про змiни (доповнення та вилучення) у ранiше розповсюдженому списку осiб та органiзацiй, причетних до дiяльностi руху "Талiбан" та терористичної органiзацiї "Ель-Кайда" (лист НБУ вiд 15.01.2002 N 28-212/306-467, згiдно з вимогами резолюцiй РБ ООН вiд 15 жовтня 1999 року N 1267 та вiд 19 грудня 2000 року N 1333.
Звертаємо вашу увагу на те, що з додатку В згаданого списку ВИЛУЧЕНО громадян Тунiсу - Himmat, Ali Ghaleb (30) i Nada, Youseff (45), та з додатку А - Центральний банк Афганiстану - Da Afganistan Bank (7).
Враховуючи вищевикладене, надсилаємо поновлений (станом на 16 сiчня ц. р.) перелiк осiб та органiзацiй, причетних до дiяльностi руху "Талiбан" та терористичної органiзацiї "Ель-Кайда".
У разi ВИЯВЛЕННЯ рахункiв, що належать наведеним у перелiку юридичним чи фiзичним особам, а також тих, з яких здiйснювались перерахування коштiв на користь вищевказаних фiзичних осiб та органiзацiй, та на якi зараховувались кошти вiд вищевказаних фiзичних осiб та органiзацiй, банк повинен негайно повiдомити про це правоохороннi органи (вiддiли захисту нацiональної державностi територiальних управлiнь Служби безпеки України) та Нацiональний банк України.
